Boot Camp Coach
Reece has been playing sports all his life. However, he never was serious about them until football in high school. Through football, he was introduced to the world of strength training and his life would never be the same. While playing football was fun, his passion was in lifting weights. Constantly seeking out new styles of lifting, he went from power lifting, to Olympic weightlifting, to CrossFit – which incorporates both forms.
After a semester of being in college, but not working out, Reece realized he had gained a lot of weight. His eating stayed the same after football ended, but his life drastically changed. Around January of 2018 he decided to make a change and lost over 60 pounds throughout the year. This was primarily due to creating healthy eating habits and doing the right workouts.
