Certified Personal Trainer
Angela was an active child growing up, playing badminton and football with her dad. She was part of the badminton and dragonboat team in high school, and joined the Cal Dragonboat Team in college. It was on the Cal Dragonboat Team that she got her first exposure to weightlifting. In the beginning, she found it intimidating, but she grew to love weightlifting. Eventually, she started training other women in her life to give them the skills necessary to do more in the gym than just running. She believes fitness should be fun and an avenue of constant improvement, not a repetitive chore to be completed. She is a lifelong learner in all aspects of her life.
Angela recently left her job in public accounting. It did not align with her life vision, and rather than continue to climb up the wrong ladder. She found the courage to climb back down and start on a new journey towards becoming a physician assistant. She is currently a post baccalaureate student at San Francisco State University.
