NOW FOR OUR OCR CLASSES
Our monthly OCR class is either an Open Gym session or a Workshop. The Open Gym format features either a strength conditioning workout or an obstacle course race simulation for the first hour with more obstacle practice time during the second hour. The Workshop is one hour of learning obstacle skills and techniques followed by a workout.
Our indoor facility at O2 BodyFit Gym is equipped with: monkey bars, monkey rings, climbing ropes, 4′ & 6′ walls, traverse wall, bucket carries, spear throw, free weights and everything you need to get strong and race ready!
All fitness levels are welcomed. All movements will be adjusted based on your skill level. Check out some pictures of our group trainings and obstacle course race finishers!
Whether you are getting ready for your first obstacle course race or would like to improve on your next one, our Spartan SGX Certified coaches can help! We know how exciting and nerve-wracking these events can be. We have helped hundreds of participants prepare for races such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac, and Terrain Race. Our OCR classes are designed to get your body and mind prepared for race day!
