We are pleased to introduce O2 BodyFit YOUnique Nutrition Coaching and our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Quan Van.
Who is Quan and how can he help YOU?
He was raised in the South Bay Area where he first developed his culinary hobbies and reading nutrition facts so that he could impress his father while he helped to make dinner for his family. After high school, he became interested in weight training and playing recreational soccer, and soon he realized the powerful impact healthful eating had on improving his fitness level, body, and mind. The combination of food, sports, and science attracted him to study Clinical Nutrition at UC Davis. After graduating from the university, he completed his 1,200 hours of supervised practice at various specialty clinics and hospitals in Seattle to earn his credential as a Registered Dietitian.
Quan is currently working part-time as a Clinical Dietitian at El Camino Hospital, where he provides inpatient nutrition support for malnutrition prevention and educates patients on changing their lifestyle to better manage their diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and gastrointestinal diseases. He has also helped many of his private clients achieve their desired weight goal through a personalized approach that is tailored to best fit each individual client’s lifestyle. Now, Quan is excited to share his knowledge and help YOU get closer to achieving your personal fitness and health goals.
